Hi, just to share my bad experience with this carrier. Previously I purchased an item from eBay and my local postal service contacted me to confirm my residential address. Apparently from the Asendia shipping label, my unit number is missing. I managed to resolve this issue with my postal service and it is delivered after much effort and there is a delay.
Recently I had made another purchase and I observed from the tracking that Asendia is involved again. This time I got the same issue that my shipping address is incomplete and the local postal is scheduling a return back to seller. This is frustrating and I cannot understand how it could have gone wrong. Had check my order and the address I stated is correct so I suspect it's the same issue when Asendia reprint their shipping label.
Anyone can advise on the course of action?

I would check that your address is formatted properly in ebay for instance
name: joe shmoe
address line 1: 1414 whistler circle
address line 2: apt 22, unit 22, ste 22
city: anytown
state: AK.
zip code: 22222-2222
in my example above the the "apt/unit/ste" number is dropped to address line 2
If it is not entered as shown above it should be edited to reflect my example
also you should not have more than 45 spaces in any single address line in any case, that is the maximum upsp will accept.

I doubt that is the issue. In between I have deliveries successful by other carriers. It is only with Asendia that I face this problem.

Asendia only reprints what they receive from the shipper, although it is possible there is a glitch in their system. Ask the seller to send you a screenshot of the address they used to make sure that they provided the correct address. Ask the seller to investigate.

Thanks. I had contacted the seller and he replied me with the shipping address which is correct. Is there any way to contact ebay for support?

There's nothing Ebay will do.
Have you contacted Asendia?

As a buyer, I don't think I should be the appropriate party to contact Asendia. My responsibility is to provide my shipping address correctly and I expected either eBay or the seller to assist with ensuring the delivery to go thru. Which is disappointing and frustrating as till now, I didn't receive any help from the seller on this.
