Issue in printing shipping label for FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL

Hi,

I'm having issue with printing shipping labels for International mail (FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL). 

I use #Auctane shipping manager and they gave me an error msg (Invalid rate. Due to a change in USPS rules/regulations, First-Class Mail Int'l Flats can only be used to send documents.) when printing International shipping label.

Please let me know when it will be resolved as I need to ship few international items and it's going to be very delay since I received the payment.
