Is using Pirate shipping difficult?

I need to sign up for Pirate shipping as I need to ship orders to Australia without having them returned. I will also be using Stamps.com at the same time. Does anyone know if using both of these programs one after the other will cause any issues?  I know my printer is set up to print the Stamps.com labels, however I'm not sure if I will need to change anything in the software when I switch to using Pirate. Does anyone else out their use Pirate and Stamps.com at the same time?

Printer settings are usually a function of your print dialog. As long as you can see the label is correct in the print preview, you should be fine. Should be fine. I don't know about stamps.com, but I know PirateShip formats for both 4x6 labels and 2x7 labels, as well as 8.5x11 plain paper and you can choose which format you want before printing. Since you're using labels, this might be helpful to you.

Once you've set up your account, be sure to go to their CS chat and request "Simple Export Rate" be turned on for you. Return labels, too, if you so desire. Neither is activated by default.

I find pirate ship very easy to use.

Do you realize that the issue with shipping to Australia is a USPS thing, not an eBay thing?

https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.

Australia’s service disruption affects Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), Commercial ePacket (CeP), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®) packets and International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®) packets only.

Thanks for this answer. This is the answer I had typed out but wasn’t sure if it was correct.

I was told by my postal clerk that all USPS mail will be returned that goes to Australia.

BUT WAIT:

When you use Pirateship's Simple Export program the packages are addressed to a sorting facility in California. In other words, the postal clerk would have no reason to refuse them nor return them.

The packages are then relabeled and sent by Asendia (not the post office) to Australia.

I mailed a common letter to Australia through the USPS and it WAS returned.

I have sent several packages by Pirateship/Asendia and they have NOT been returned.
