Made a quick sale today Three hours after I listed my item. Super excited. The address is 10160 SW Nimbus Ave Ste F8
GZ00172208KR
Portland, OR 97223-4338
United States. Kind of a weird address. Customer confirmed it. But what are the numbers in the middle

The address is for a freight forwarder. The string of numbers and letters is your buyer's account number with the forwarder.

Possibly a freight forwarder. Since the buyer confirmed the address go ahead and ship it.

As other posters have told you, the address is to a freight forwarder.
"But what are the numbers in the middle"
They are a special secret code that identifies to the Freight Forwarding Company the buyer and country to which the package has to be, well, forwarded. Like a type of account number. You don't really have to worry about those numbers.
By The Way: You will very likely see an additional charge on the sales records of this transaction. eBay charges an international fee of 1.65% of the total amount paid by your buyer IF the buyer's registered address is not in the US but the shipping address is. Like in Oregon. Or in Delaware.
Why Oregon? Same reason why so many freight forwarders are located in Delaware:
No State Sales Taxes.
