Is there a way to view the options a buyer selected when paying for shipping?

At the moment, the USPS label printing is down. However, I'm not able to find the shipping options my buyer used when they bought the item. While I just have to choose options, until I get the right one? Or, will it automatically select it once the USPS labels are back up?

Check your Paypal account to see the total paid - that should tell you which option was selected

It's the latter. When you go to your eBay/PayPal Shipping Label form, the buyer's shipping choice will be the method shown there. Any other options you might have been offering (Free or otherwise) will not show by default on the form.

Incidentally, regarding that printer with banding issues, I suspect it probably just needs a new toner cartridge, but at a purchase price of 1¢ (plus Shipping) for a Parts or Repair listing, your buyer should be satisfied with it anyway. Good luck.
