I sell some items that are hard to pack and if returned will come back damaged. Is there a way to sell and item with no return accepted? If I put sold as is, may be missing parts, does not work, picture are part of the description, would that be enough to make it non returnable. or could the customer just say I don't like the color and sending it back.
If there is a way please tell me.

No returns accepted just means you don't want the item back. It doesn't mean you don't have to refund. Any buyer can claim anything and create a return for you. Yes, you have to refund if they say it isn't blue enough. This is the harsh reality of selling here--the buyer is always right. There is no such thing as a no return, no refund listing because of the eBay 30 MBG.

You can certainly specify No Returns if you like, but the buyer can still request a refund, and get it.
If the items to be sold are at that much risk when shipped, consider listing them as Local Pickup Only. At least that way the buyer can see the item at pickup time and be much less likely to request a refund later.

You could put all that in your listings, but all it tells Ebay is you don't want the item returned, so go ahead and refund the buyer and let them keep the item.
