Hi, I have around 140ish listing.
Last night, it took me 2 hours to switch all my listing from Free ship to Calculated Ship by editing one by one....
There will be time that I can get cheap shipping from time to time, so I would like to know if there is anyway I could just like "one click" to switch all my listing between Free ship and pay?
thanks in advance!!!

If you use the Bulk Editing Tools you can change Shipping on as many items as you want. All items you select will be changed to the new Shipping Services you select.
In my example I selected 5 Items and any changes I make will be applied to all 5 items.

No there is not a one button option to bulk switch your listings between Calculated and Free shipping. Considering what we pay in ebay fees, I look at a postage discount as a way of offsetting the fees, and other handling costs, boxes, tape, printer ink etc. . Buyers know what the calculated shipping cost will be when they pay for an item, and agree to that when they bid on or buy your items. They do not see what our discounts might be unless your shipping label has the price on it. I do not show a price on my labels.

Yes, you can do this @torontobricks1981 with the bulk editor. Select the listings you want to edit on the active listings page. At the top of the list click the edit button.
When you're in the bulk editor, bulk select all of the listings you pulled in. Then use the action buttons up top and select domestic shipping. From there you can change from flat/free to a calculated service.
Another option is to set up business policies and you can also select a change in shipping business policy through the bulk editor.
All of this assumes you're changing shipping, but not changing item price. Some sellers lower their item prices when they switch from free to calculated shipping and there is no quick option for that. The quickest option would be to upload an excel file with the price changes. If that's something you need to do then let us know and we can help you with the process.
