Is there a problem with the USPS Shipping Calculator?

Sold several things yesterday. Able to print shipping labels on all except 1 item. When I select USPS shipping, there is no option to pay for a 1 pound item. Changed shipping weight & dimensions & still no option to select. If I select FED Ex - there is option to select.  Is there a problem with the USPS Shipping Calculator?

I attempted to contact Help. Waited 1 1/2 hours with no phone call. Again requested phone call - now says 51 minute delay..........

You can try their online chat option. It seems to be a quicker response. My experience in the last couple months was within 1-3 minutes turnaround. Good luck!

Finally got through to PayPal and eBay - the problem is the new buyer signed up for eBay and PayPal with an incomplete shipping address. That is why I could not print shipping label. Neither PayPal nor eBay had a phone number for buyer contact, so all I could do was to message buyer and request complete address.

You would think the eBay & PayPal system would have detected incomplete address & prompted user to enter street name.

Buyer registered for eBay and PayPal with an incomplete mailing address. There was no street address. How is it that was not flagged at user registration?

Yesterday ebay changed all my 1800 listings to priority mail from 1st class, some new changes again! Thanks for ruining a whole day to change them all back and loss in sales due to excessive shipping! Dont you people test your changes 1st? And oh yeah have the courtesy to consult your users! You know the people paying your salary!!!! Grrrrrrr
