Is there a direct phone number to call Ebay instead of using messages?

I have contacted Ebay by messages for a phone number to talk to someone in person.  They have given me a number that is no longer in service. The second time they gave me the number to UPS.  Does anyone have a direct number to ebay that I can talk to someone in person?  Thanks for your help

There is no direct number 

no one is is manning the phones due to covid  

cs is working from home

Generally better advice that you will get from CS reps you get online from eBay.
