I've bought two items from a seller. It was the option where if you buy multiple, then the items are a little cheaper. So it's 1 order with 2 items in it. I got 2 tracking numbers for them.
Now I wanted to return them both. I requested a return which got approved as the seller accepts returns. I got 1 return label. But it seems like the seller is having difficulty giving me the 2nd label. The seller kept asking if I just want a discount on it several times and now asked me for an email to send the 2nd return label. I cant send him my email as eBay doesn't let messages contain emails.
So is it really that hard to create a return label for the 2nd item? Or is the seller trying something fishy?

eBay doesn't allow exchanging contact info @sentinelprimek before Checkout, but after a purchase is paid, you can swap email addresses, favorite recipes, phone numbers, racist jokes, postal addresses, etc.
1. Can both items fit in one return package?
2. Does your return details page already show that the anticipated refund is for 2 items?
