Is anyone else having problems creating shipping discounts?

I am trying to create a shipping discount but the page where you do so seems to not be working. For example: i have 12 dishes to sell. Customer chooses quantity they want. For each dish they purchase the base shipping price goes up by $1.

Seems pretty simple and I believe this was once an option BUT the shipping preferences page seems to dead. Links not working. Page just hangs...does nothing.

Anyone else having this issue?

@postfiftymodern  Try using firefox.  When the shipping preferences page doesn't work for me in other browsers Firefox usually does.

Thank you! I actually WAS using Firefox and it didnt work. I switched to google chrome borwsewr and it worked fine! 🙂
