Is Ebay not allowing shipping to Israel?

I'm trying to print an Ebay label to something a person from Israel bought.  I keep getting this red warning at the top:  "something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label".

Anyone else having this problem?  Is Israel on some restricted shipping list?  Thanks for any help.

Well, never mind.  I still get the error message, but I went to the Shipping Labels page and there is the label and I printed from there.  Go figure!

Labels have been glitchy for over a week now, nothing to do with the fact that it's going to Israel.
