Invalid Ship to error won’t allow fix

When I go to print the shipping label I get a pop up error that says “city of To address is not valid” and when I hit Ok it opens the window that should allow the edit of the address but the pop up window recurs over and over and I’m unable to print a label at all.

Fix?

Back out and start again. Maybe log out and close the browser completely then try again. I'm hoping that this isn't happening after you paid. If it is, you'll have to void that label and start again. However, changing the address may void your seller protection.
