International shipping item can't be delivered.

I purchased 3 used video games on Dec 14, 2016, all with internation shipping to China. I received 2 of them with no problem. But the last one hasn't arrived yet. The company that partener with ebay to deal with custom clearence is called. Back in March I called their customer service they say the last item is on hold by the custom will be delivered soon. But today I called again they say they have the item in their HongKong warehouse but they can't deliver it. I can't pick it up either because I can't prove the ownership of this item.

How can I get this thing delivered.

How do I file INR? I went to customer support page but I can't see my item listed as an option to start a case.

Oh geez. I didn't see it was Dec that you bought them. Never let your seller give you the run-around.

The time frame for ebay to help you ended a long time ago. There is nothing ebay will or can do at this point.
