Has anyone else pre-paid duty on a purchase but when the International Shipping program sent the parcel to you they forgot to select 'Duty Paid'? If you did, how did you resolve it with eBay?
I've got DHL demanding I pay another $560 on top of the ~$560 I've already paid eBay at the time of purchase due to a mistake of eBay's making. DHL have explained that if I can contact eBay and they fill out a form they can charge it to the sender's account or I can get a refund from the sender.
