Hi @sh_9499 . You cannot change any of your auction format listings that already have bids, but you can revise the rest of your listings.
The answer to your question is not 100% straightforward because it depends on factors such as:
What shipping service do you intend to use?
Has your account met the requirements to enroll in eBay International Shipping yet?
If you can provide more info about how you plan to ship internationally we can help with adjusting your settings, preferences, shipping exclusions, services offered, or whatever may be relevant to your needs.

Yes, shipping service meaning USPS, eBay International Shipping (eIS), FedEx, UPS, etc.
Honestly I would not ship direct to Thailand. I would only ship there using eIS which offers seller protections once the package arrives at the US hub. I have a friend whose family is in Thailand and they frequently have delivery issues when shipping packages there. That said, Thailand is on the USPS e-delcon list so it does come with end-to-end tracking which is important for seller protections. https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc2_022.htm
Go to the page linked below to see if your account is eligible for eIS. If it is, you'll see the option at the very top of the page. If you are eligible for eIS, make sure your account is opted in, and make sure you are not applying international shipping exclusions on your listings.
If you're not eligible for eIS, setting up direct international shipping options (like USPS First Class Package) involves making sure the countries you wish to ship to are not on your exclusions list, and adding the direct international shipping option on your listings. There are instructions on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/international-shipping?id=...
You might also consider a service like eBay International Standard Delivery (eISD) which offers a bit more protection than using USPS. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/ebay-international-standar...
