International and US shipping address formats

I offer international shipping through USPS first class packages. I have had many late deliveries that seem to come from eBay address formatting.

When I recently sent a second shipment to an address in Spain that took forever the first time  I asked the buyer for the proper format which was WAY different than eBay had. It arrived in a week (vs a MONTH) with the correct formatting. Now I correct addresses on ALL my international orders (half of my sales are not in the US and I am a global power seller

I do not understand why eBay formats are so wrong globally. Buyers from those countries are forced to try to conform to US address standards when using their country's eBay site. So US centrist it is embarrassing selling globally. Most notably all over the world EXCEPT the US postcodes come BEFORE the city. Also some countries put street name BEFORE number and some need apartment building AND apt number. Computerized systems in those countries have a hard time with the US formats

I find these formats on the countries' postal websites and my deliveries are even getting all the way to Australia and Japan in just 10 DAYS.

Why can't the address formats be automatically set up correctly when buyers purchase for shipping to there home countries. eBay seems SO us centric I can see why buyers in other countries don't like buying here.

Also, all addresses globally, including the US are in CAPITAL letters. Even shipping i get when ordering from other websites knwo that and correct in while entering the info. Ebay is so for behind
