I sell video games domestically in the US. I wanted to try out international orders using eBay labels. I keep reading how eBay populates the the custom forms with the correct info, however, my forms seem to be blank always except for weight and item description. HS Tariff codes , AES/exemptions, licenses, etc are left blank. Do I need to fill these spaces? I found the codes for video games. What about exemptions? It’s sort of confusing. Thanks.

if you are shipping directly out of the counry then the customs form is normally blank

if you are using EISD then the customs form is filled out a bit already
