On December 16, I sent a package to Albania, shoes that someone begged me several times to ship. Well guess what, they never made it there, bc I had never shipped to Albania before and was leary to do so, ebay never said seller beware, although they're not in the Global shipping program, so that should have been a red flag. I;m getting very little help through the post office bc unknow to me even though it cost $22 to ship the shoes, which incidentally the buyer knew and told me several times....another red flag....it was considered a first class package. Try to talk to someone from the post office...not easy! Local post office of no help! Anyway buyer immediately asks me to refund her through an email before going through the ebay protocol. I feel she scammed me and neither ebay nor the postal service (who can see that the item is still in transit) over 30 days are of no help to me! I am so annoyed with ebay settling with the buyer as I have a stellar record, they did not back me at all. Now I'm out a pair of shoes and $32.!!!! Thank you ebay for standing by your good seller
