Have had an ongoing issue with eBay related to International Shipping. eBay system has had problems with sales (especially to Canada. The buyers do not see USPS Priority International. I have called about this over a month and a half ago, and still not fixed. Have lost sales, and buyers upset that eBay will not fix. I have asked for U.S. Leadership, and these third world reps and supervisors will not transfer. eBay has really gone done hill with their management, ticking off buyers and sellers and no supporting their concerns. They don't want to hear about the problems, which is why they have all calls sent to third world countries. You get stuck in a never ending loop with no assistance, but they are quick to take your seller fees! Terrible experience for Sellers and Buyers.

When I was on phone with eBay, they pulled up different listings and they saw the buyers side, which said to the Buyer- Contact Seller - No shipping options listed.

I checked several listings. Smaller items had assorted shipping options to Canada and larger / heavier items did not. Here are a few that did not: 304643517960 and 296605768039 and 305713017742
Go into edit those listings and check your shipping preferences. Based on the items in question, I am guessing your weight and dimensions may exceed limits for the services you're offering. If that's not the case, then it might be that you don't have an international service specified.

Some of the shipping rates are higher than the item for sale.
"Howard Miller Clock"...ad: $125.00 + shipping $191.35...but when I click into it I see $67.43 shipping.
You don't see the $67.43 shipping unless you actually click into the item.
Otherwise, generally I see scrolling at items the item as $125.00 + $191.35...can that be right?
USA to Canada has a better shipping rate than all the other countries....and I don't know if eBay excludes Canada from all the other countries as such or if Canada is just in a general pool like any other country.
The clerks always tell me how we get a better deal on weight from USA to Canada than all the other countries.
I tend to ship my items in person at the post office so this was the only way I would know about it...not using eBay shipping labels.
