International Seller sent photo of new return address

Hello all,

Looking for some advice.  An international seller asked me to return an item to a US address instead of the original International address.  The seller then sent a photo of the address instead of text.   My initial thought was this was an attempt not to refund my purchase.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should proceed?

Return it to the address that Ebay provides.

They are probably dropshipping and want it return to their dropshipper and not them.
