A buyer in France won 4 different items. Ebay sent an invoice for each item which included shipping for each item. The buyer stated that the shipping cost would be prohibited. I contacted ebay and they instructed me to have the buyer put everything in the shopping cart and that would combine the shipping. Buyer said that didn't work and he contacted ebay France? and they indicated that there was no combined shipping for these items. (paper menus). I finally canceled all four auctions and relisted them in one auction and he was able to buy all of them and they were shipped. So the question is, how does international combine shipping work?????
