I'm not sure what the policy is on this. I sell a virtual item for a Roblox game avatar. To get paid, I only have it as local pick-up only, but I send them the code via eBay messenger after payment is received. Many international buyers ask for this code and people are offering to change their address on eBay to a US address, just so they can get the code. Though I have on my listing that this can't be purchased internationally people still ask and I'm not sure what to do. I guess they could just pick up some random address in the US since I'm just emailing them anyway. My, what lengths people go through just to put a diamond blue tiara on their avatar's head! Anyway, is this okay? I'm thinking it's not, but there's no shipping involved here. Can international buyers do that? I'm not encouraging this, but a few have already done it that way and someone is asking me if he can. I don't want to mis-inform him. Thank you. I'm so new to this.

What you're selling and the way you're selling it violates eBay policy and Roblox terms of use.
An international buyer using a US address does not violate policy.
