International Buyer Refuses to pay Customs fees and now opens Item Not Recieved case

Hello! 

A buyer of mine has opened an item not recieved case against me and is requesting a full refund on a dress I sold them. Value is about $150 USD. 

They wrote in a message they were going to refuse the customs fees and have them send it back. It’s been in customs for about 30 days now. 

If a case is opened, how likely is eBay to rule in my favor?

The good news:  eBay will rule in your favor.

The bad news:  When your buyer opens a case with Paypal (or their CC) you will lose. 

Yikes, $150 on a customs form for a dress.   I would have dropped the zero.
