I see back in 2016 there was issues with shipping misrepresented on App. Well welcome to 2022, I just had two sales come through as free shipping, which was incorrect. Invoiced seller and the shipping came through as correct on invoice. Upset buyer contacts me and said listing says free shipping. Looked on phone app and it said free shipping. Went to computer and it says calculated shipping. I contacted ebay and was told they was not having any issues with this shipping problem. Oh, by the way, they told me this would never happen again. I guess that was his funny for the day. Way to go Joshua! So in conclusion, sellers beware!

Ya, this has been a problem with the app for years.
As many problems there are with it, don't know why people still use it.

I like the convenience of the app. But the buyers, I am sure there are alot of them using it to buy things all the time for convenience. I would think this should have been an easy fix in the last 6+ years. I have had this issue 2 or 3 times in the past 6 months. Ebay has admitted a glitch in the past and actually reimbursed me the shipping charge. Not this time, they wanted the buyer to actually contact them, why I don't know. Just have to be more careful I guess.

Just a quick follow up note. Remember that ebay told me that this wouldn't happen again, ya right. Scanned all my listing and found 6 listing showing an incorrect shipping displayed on my phone app. Go into listing and it is correct, just what is being displayed to the buyer is wrong. My work around is having to go in and put a flat rate shipping charge. Then it displays correctly. But I can't account for different shipping distances on postage.
