Hi. It finally happened! I shipped an incorrect item to a customer. I discovered it quickly, but the package was already p/u by UPS. I did ship the correct item to the customer. I called UPS and they will intercept the package for a fee and said they would bill my account. I suspect they will bill eBay and it will be deducted from my funds. Is there anything else I need to do and was this the correct way to handle?

Did you let your buyer know so they don't freak out when they see the package has been returned.
