Yup, I dropped a parcel down the Post Office and have now realised that there was a small envelope with some fixings missing from the package. Downside? It's shipping a loooooong way away via Global Shipping (they paid £22 for my product but order total is £75 to them for shipping). Now, I did this once before for a UK order and simply created another label and shipped the fixings in a jiffy bag at my cost.
My question is what happens on this occasion? They have clearly paid a lot for their part of the shipping and that didn't include a second package. I assume they don't do package aggregation if I send a second parcel to the Global Shipping depot? Any experience of this scenario greatly appreciated! The fixings are quite common place even in the buyers country to I could apologise and offer a partial refund if they purchase them direct.

You would have to send the second package yourself outside of the GSP program. I would let the buyer know right away what happened. See if they want a part refund or you could refund in full as it was your fault and take it as a lesson learned.
