In need of some help...

Hello,

After receiving mail for potential compromised payment for two items, i have requested a refund. Created two separate tickets - one for each item.
Recently i have received that i am refunded the sums for both items and they will be send to my paypal account. As a darling as I am, my paypal account was NOT linked to ebay.
Message from ebay says: "We've initiated a refund of £?.?? back to the PayPal funding source that you used to purchase the item. Please allow 48 hours for the refund to process." .

Paypal is connected now, but no money was received, even though it is said i have to wait for about 48 hours (on 01.06.2017). Do i wait more or do i have to address someone in particular for this issue?

Just go back to your original PayPal transaction Details page, the page which shows your payment.

Does that page now show an additional line indicating a refund?

Hello and thanks for the reply.
Actually i have received the refund but it took quite a long time. 
Anyway - the refund was not in my paypal but in my e-card, since my paypal and ebay got connected after the refund happening.
All is well now! Thanks a lot for the help! 🙂

Actually i have received the refund but it took quite a long time. 
Anyway - the refund was not in my paypal but in my e-card, since my paypal and ebay got connected after the refund happening.

@radokost your accounts don't need to be linked. The refund always goes back to the card you used, not your paypal balance.
