In need of help

I sold something on eBay and tested it out before shipping it and it is not longer in working condition. The problem is I already printed the shipping label and it marks the order as "Shipped" and I can not cancel the order. I don't know what to do as this is my first time using eBay

Have you shipped it? if so, then let it go its regular way, where buyer will file a item not as described claim and request refund. 

Not shipped, then just cancel order.
