If a item is paid with out shipping cost and buyer decide that I shipped the item .

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale. If you are willing to ship to the buyer, and they have agreed to the price, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping for the buyer to repurchase.

To elaborate on this... If you ship those items and they arrive damaged, you may be on the hook for a full refund, either with or without paying to have the damaged item sent back to you first (your choice).

A number of your items are both heavy and fragile, two attributes that do not go well together, especially for shipping.
