ITEM doesn't exists after paying?

Hi, once I payed an item and receive the confirmation email of muy purchase, I received an email from eBay telling me that my purchased was compromised because the item was invalid, and maybe the account of the seller was hacked, how can I get my mony back?

 

I have tried to place an aclaration but it request the ITEM number, and the webpage doesnt accept the one it was specified returning an "item doesnt exists" message.

 

I will apreciate if someone helps me to get my refund.

When a listing is removed, the item no longer has an estimated delivery date, and you can request a refund right away.

 

Find the item on your Purchase history page and click I didn't receive it under More actions to start a refund request.

ITEM doesn't exists after paying?

You should be able to open a INR case on eBay (My EBay, Purchase History, find the item and click, Item not Received). Typically you will get refunded within 48 hours, if its over 72 hours, ask eBay to "Step In". Anytime a Seller and/or an Item is removed from eBay, you can open a case immediately.
