INR section has so many issues, ebay needs good programmers !!!!

buyer opened INR same day at 8:05 am NY time and escalated case to ebay at 9:20am, morning when i checked the ebay account, i got two messages first, buyer opened INR and second buyer escalted to ebay  and ebay said they will review it and come back to us in 48 hours, same time he opened case after three hours case was closed. its a joke with sellers about 48 hours. after i spoken with ebay concierge i was told , ebay gives 3 working days to seller to respond, i asked them where are three days, same day case opened and closed and later they reverse the action and issued me money. its happened with me three different times. 

is any body facing same situation?

I've had it happen once. I believe it is because an irate buyer called eBay and eBay just wanted to appease the buyer, so they bypassed their normal process. When I called in, they reversed the decision in my favor via appeal.

You have to pay for good programmers.

The last thing you want is some lowest contract bidder monkeying around more...just leave the broken stuff where it is and we can walk around it...we don';t need any more broken stuff thanxbutnothanx

How do you call ebay for appeal? Currently, we only able to email ebay for appeal, right?

you can reach to ebay by phone and can appeal, its not right to appeal through email only, you can always reach by call and can appeal.
