INR and no tracking number

I ordered 4 wasp traps with estimated delivery Thurs May 10. Not received yet and seller did not upload a tracking number. Now I see from his last negative feedback that another buyer had a similar problem. How long should I wait before opening a case in the resolution center?

File if they don't arrive in today's mail.

Usually I'd advise a buyer to not rely too much on the estimated delivery date, and wait at least through Monday.   But the feedback history and the failure of the seller to provide a tracking number would indicate to me that there's no reason to give him the benefit of the doubt.
