INR Case

i opened my very first INR case as a buyer. i asked for refund and the seller updated the shipping info which idk if it was supposed to do anything. in my email it says "u can close this case once u receive ur item"... idk what that means because i also asked them for the tracking number. they didnt provide it and only updated the shipping info. does "International Standard Delivery" means different or does it do anything that protects the seller? also what if they provided a fake tracking number and win the case? im also skeptic because the seller recently got lots of negative feedback saying that they didnt receive their item. its like they scam some buyers and they dont scam others. when i checked their profile a few days later, they got back to 100% real fast... whats happening... (im new to ebay. pls help me with as much information as u know)

Keep checking the INR case, after so many days it should give you the option to ask eBay to step in.

My guess on the feedback is that the items were delivered and the feedback was remove. eBay has been more lenient lately when late shipments finally show up. Could be the seller is a TRS, they get a few more perks.

A lot of items are being delayed right now within the US and internationally.   Does tracking show that your item is in transit?

This tracking number that the seller did not give you @primaveraflora does it show any movement?

they didnt provide the tracking number so i have no way of knowing if its in transit.

theres no tracking number provided. idk if its not mandatory for sellers to provide tracking if they use the "international standard delivery"
