I think i was scammed. Help me please with USPS tracking number info

Hi guys i need help Could you please tell me what's the destination county of this tracking number : 9400109206486506630759 I bought it from ebay and i think i was scammed Cause i think the seller didn't sent it to my country Because this looks like a tracking number for local shipment in usa

Ps: he showed me a receipt but it doesn't have my address on it

If he used GPS the package will go to ebay's center in Kentucky and then be shipped overseas from there. Search GSP in help & contact at the top of this page.

and by the way he said that he sent it using ebay shipping service

Look at the listing. Does it say shipping to Algeria via Global Shipping Program?  

The tracking shows arriving late but it's on the way. You'll get another tracking number when it leaves the shipping center.  And probably still another tracking number when it's passed off to the courier doing the last leg of the delivery in Algeria.

From what I can see it is running late. This is not uncommon right now with Covid 19 running amuck in our country. 

When it gets to the GSP facility it will be given a new international tracking number.

Please be patient with this as the seller really has no control over transit time. USPS and all of the other carriers are working short handed.
