I sold an Ebay item that the buyer never confirmed

I sent an item that I  sold on Ebay for over US$ 300, but the buyer never confirmed that it had been received.

I sent the package from my country (The Netherlands) and I had to use a manual Track and Trace package because I couldn't use any of the main delivery companies. 

Now it says that it has been delivered since the 6th of February (AND received). But my attempts to contact the buyer have failed.

Now the funds still aren't released.

What do I do??

They'll probably hold the funds for 30 days, then release the payment.

Did you add the tracking number to the order?

No, I didn't add the tracking number because there's a Dutch delivery company involved.

Contacting your buyer wont release your funds any quicker. Ebay does not consider a positive feedback on an item on releasing funds any sooner. As a new seller, your funds will be held up to thirty days, Ebay prefers that any refunds come out of your pocket, not theirs.
