Yes!! that´s why I sent it back, and E bay says the return for the item is closed!!

No it wasn´t closed but 5 days later it got closed

@robertroser-0Ok you should be Ok then. Try calling ebay customer service to appeal. Let them know the seller gave you permission to return it late. If that doesn't work, and you paid with paypal, file a not as described case and give paypal the tracking number showing you returned the item. Good luck!
