I return a shipped item to the seller, but I've got a problem.

I return a shipped item to the seller, but I have a problem.

 

I returned the item back to the seller on November 29, but when I tracked my shipping, it said "pre-shipment."

 

Problem is... ebay said the deadline is December 4. Today is December 3, and I think the shipment can't make it until the deadline.

 

In this case, how can I extend the deadline?

Telephone ebay customer service, do a Google search for the telephone number.

Go to USPS.com and put a trace on the package.  You can do that tonight.  It is important to do this so they can try to find the package.  Ebay is not going to be able to help you with tracking down the package, but they might be able to give you a little more time to try and get some information out of USPS.

 

USPS may take up to 48 hours or more to respond to you if you email the issue, but you should do that.  And then because time is limited for you, I would actually call USPS too.  It may or may not help, but worth a try.
