In your shipped orders, find the order and use the pull down icon next to the order and click "get another label".
When that comes up click "manage labels".
Then click "actions" then click "cancel label".
I am not sure how long it takes to get the refund. It may be a few weeks.

If you haven't shipped yet @gadgetmans_attic , first cancel the shipping label, then cancel the order.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

go to the post with the "not" best answer. In the dropdown box, choose "not best answer" and it will uncheck.
Then choose the best answer you want.
