Hi tyler@ebay, eBay is still sending the same message to both the seller and unintended to the buyer -- and still inadvertently omitting the required due-by date; can you report this again?

Print the return label and send the item back so you can get your refund.

eBay @karue303
1. Closed your return request
2. Then opened a case against your seller for you
3. And put your case on hold to get an answer from your seller:
You didn't get that email because it was only sent to your seller, not to you.
And you didn't get a label in your return request because your seller
1. Did not click to Accept your return
2. Chose not to issue a prepaid return label
3. Wasn't willing to simply refund the broken item
