I noticed a glitch with Global Shipping Program.

For the past 5 years or so it worked fine.  All international sales went through GSP and it made life easier for me.  In the past two days I have made sales to Sweden and France.  In both cases I was asked to give an invoice with the total cost with international shipping.  In the past I was not even allowed to give an invoice since it was all handled by GSP.

Has anyone else noticed this?  I have made no changes to my account preferences.

Someone else has reported this as well.  I don't recall if it was in one of the threads here or on another e-commerce forum.  That person called CS and was told to invoice with shipping to the KY destination.  

Since the customer is billed separately for the rest of the GSP services anyway, this sort of makes sense.  But again this is third party information now, and I would call the MP team to be certain that is the correct move. 

Let us know how it plays out.

Didn't eBay say there were going to be 'issues' with  MP and  GSP?  Maybe they haven't worked out all the issues...

I'm having the same problem...it also seems to me that somehow I have all of Europe and many other countries marked as places I don't ship to, although I don't remember "blocking" them...
