I need to cancel a label and print another one from the same customer. I printed the label for eBay international deliveries but I want to send it directly to the clients. please someone can help me, my window does not have the void option. Please help me.

My understanding is that you are not charged for an Ebay International Shipping label until it is used (scanned by the carrier). So you can't 'void' one like a normal USPS label - you just don't use it and you are never charged.

I guess the official name is "Ebay International Standard Delivery" rather than Ebay International Shipping. But either way, you don't pay for the label when you print it - it is billed to your Ebay selling account when it is used. Don't use it and you don't pay for it.
