I bought a LHD657 from a guy who says he's from Brooklyn NY. Nothing in the world I ever wanted was a nice home theater system. This looked great, sounded right(the description) and had good reviews. 1 it took a month to get to me and I'm 2hrs away, 2 it came in foreign system,3 it came damaged, 4 contacted him and he refused to refund me and said I'll give you $11 for the plug. But you have to cancel the return. I was new at this. I guess some how it says I closed the return out. Now y would I do that on a $400 system for $11. Now no one will help. Seller is avoiding me. Ebay says they can't do anything, shipping company said I didn't purchase the insurance, paypal won't help and LG said nothing they can do cause a dealer bought it. It not has fried the blue ray and I can't by anything american made cause each speaker only puts out 3 Ohm's and american version does 8 Ohm's. I'm so lost I wanna cry. And hurt. Y sellers or companies would do this to the customers. So if no help I'm done here and going to Amazon.

You closed the eBay return, albeit unintentionally, so eBay can't help you.
Go to PayPal's Resolution Center (link) to file a claim. You shouldn't have any issues with that, although you will need to pay return shipping.
As a last resort you can file a chargeback through your funding source (bank or credit card) assuming you didn't use a PayPal balance to pay.
