Hello
i need help with the earbud seller. He will not give me my money back. I sent the item back with in the 30 day time frame. He has been avoiding me saying he never received my return when I know that is a lie. Please help

I'm not sure how you did the return, but let me lay out the process that you should have followed.
Now, with that completed, the tracking will demonstrate that the item was either delivered to the seller, or delivery was attempted. If this happened, and the seller is refusing to refund, then escalate the claim to eBay and have the force a refund.
If you did not follow the guidance above, please describe how the item was returned, and why you returned it.

There is a step by step process to return an item and get refund.
Now, there is a very important question. Have you shipped the item back, and with a tracking number?
If you haven't shipped the item back yet, you should follow the following steps.
1, find the item in your purchase history and ask for a return.
2, In the description area, try to explain the reason why do you want to return the item as detailed as possible.
3, Wait for an eBay return shipping label
4, Pack the item up and personally go to the Post Office to acquire an item acceptance receipt.
5, You will get your refund once the tracking number of the shipping label shows as "Delivered"
