I have been spent approximately 35 hours in conversation with ebay via messaging and my customer.

Global shipping destroyed a box of glass items.  They promised my customer and myself that the global shipping system would refund 100% the money.  They only provided a very small portion approx $35 of $150. I have lost a good friend and a very excellent customer because my customer does not trust global shipping.   I need someone if possible to give the email or phone number to

The Global Shipping Program terms & conditions says here, updated March 6, 2020:

Risk of Loss. The risk of loss or damage to a GSP Item shall remain with your Seller until the GSP Item is accepted at the US or UK Shipping Center or has been returned to your Seller by Pitney Bowes from the US or UK Shipping Center. Subject to any statutory rights you may have, the risk of loss or damage to a GSP Item shall transfer to you when the GSP Item leaves the US or UK Shipping Center for export.

In other words, at no point is the the eBay GSP responsible for loss or damage: The buyer is responsible for damage all the way during export until the buyer receives the damaged shipment and accepts their responsibility for that damage.

Good luck nobody on here really helps either. I have emailed the eBay newsroom with my issues and hope it gets to someone who can take care of me. I also emailed executives but they could careless about us people. We are just numbers for them. However next I’m emailing all the new channels and newspapers along with all social media about my issues with eBay. It has been going on since September and I still don’t have my money back!!
