Hey there, someone sold me a bad computer, it arrived damaged so i opened a dispute (item not as described) after speaking to seller and got help from ebay.
I sent a quote from Portugal Main Post Office of shipping costs and sent to the seller, seller did not accept it, case went pending for 6 days and ebay CS rep sent me a message saying i won the case since seller did not provide the money and did not provide shipping label either and it will take some days to get the refund, meaning i just have to wait and thats it...But,
When i open my paypal i don't see any refund pending, and ebay case still pending too for review, shows the purchased item and nothing else, what should i do now? Is this normal ? I can't get in touch with ebay because case is pending and its been 3 days since the message i got! Thank you very much and sorry for bad English.
PS: Seller is From France and i am in Portugal, i just want to get over with this, its a value item, Thank you
