I'm the seller, buyer reports item not working. How do I send a prepaid shipping label?

I sold a laptop that was working when I shipped it. Buyer reports its not now. I want to provide a prepaid

priority mail shipping label. Not a clue how to do this...

After your buyer clicks to start a "return request" @tobyauctions

your side will show a click to accept the return, if it's not already automatic, then to have eBay issue the return label or to upload your own label through the return request.

Have the buyer start a return, then when you accept it, you'll be able to have Ebay send them a label.
