I purchased an item that was supposed to be authentic, it almost certainly isn't. The listing was pulled almost certainly as a result of selling counterfeit items.
I received an item, just not what I ordered. I opened a return claim the very day I received it. I haven't heard back from the seller. It seems that the automatic next step was to ship it back, at least according to ebay, (I have 10 days to ship it back).
Now for the uncertainty. The listing shows the seller in one US State, the item was shipped from China. The return label will send it to the US State, instead of the shipper. I am reluctant to ship to someone who may or may not involved in this debacle. Nor do I want to keep an item *and* end up with a refund.
How do I contact ebay to verify that I should ship to someone other than the shipper?
