You can go to your local Post Office or library and buy/print your return label there.

Why do you not want to use the ebay label? If you don't, you would need to pay for the return shipping costs yourself, and will need to make sure you add the return tracking number in the case. It's best to just use the ebay label that has been provided.

Why not?
Package return labels have a different set of rules than regular postage so just use the label that Ebay has sent you and you should be fine. Seller pays for the return label.

Why don't you want to use the return label provided by eBay for that purpose? If you prefer to pay for the return shipping yourself, I suppose that you can, but I wouldn't expect eBay or the seller to reimburse you for it.

not everybody owns a printer.
i didn't buy one until i started selling.
never done a return,but there must be a place you can add the tracking the post office gives you.
