The product got stuck in customs and went into the return process because the Post Office sent a tracking code so that I could pay a postage fee charged in Brazil for imported objects and this code arrived at my address after the payment deadline. According to the tracking code UG407694896GB, the one sent through the customs process on 05/31/2021. The letter with the code code generated by the Post Office was sent on June 1st, but it only arrived on August 4th, 20 days after the deadline. Would it be possible to send it again, but this time, in a modality that has a tracking code, to avoid this type of problem? Eu não recebi o item. O produto ficou preso na alfândega e entrou em processo de devolução pois os Correios enviaram um código de rastreamento para que pudesse pagar uma taxa de despacho postal cobrada no Brasil para objetos importados e este código chegou em meu endereço após o prazo final de pagamento. Segundo o código de rastreamento UG407694896GB, a enviada passada pelo processo aduaneiro em 31/05/2021. A carta com o código de código gerado pelos Correios foi enviado em 1 de junho, mas só chegou em 4 de agosto, 20 dias após o término do prazo. Seria possível enviá-lo novamente, mas desta vez, em uma modalidade que possua código de rastreamento, para evitar este tipo de problema?

You had 30 days after the package was shipped to make a claim of Item Not Received. Now it is too late. You cannot get your money back through eBay. Your seller does not have to replace the item and is not going to do so. If you paid with a credit card, contact the company to see what their policy is on the time limit for a chargeback.
